FILLING: Mansfield-King can fill essentially any type of liquid, including "basic" liquids such as shampoos, hand soaps and lotions, as well as liquids requiring special handling, such as hot fills, gels and ointments. We also can fill alcohol-based products such as spritzes and hair fixatives.
The filling process
is at all times monitored by our quality assurance staff for
compliance to specifications, both customer-supplied and those dictated by our Quality Control Unit. Among other criteria, every products is evaluated for the following parameters: proper
fill; label adherence and registration; cap torque; color;
fragrance and appearance.

of small to medium lot sizes, as well as efficient production of long run sizes. This flexibility allows our customers to eliminate the need to
build unnecessary and costly large inventories and limits
customer up-front exposure.

EQUIPMENT: Mansfield-King uses an extensive variety of filling equipment. These include sanitary multi-head fillers, embedded into high-speed packaging lines, as well as lower-speed fillers suitable for shorter runs.
Mansfield-King's equipment array allows us to fill in excess of 500,000 containers in a twenty-four hour period. Form factors supported include bottles (labeled and screened); tottles; tubes; jars; tubs; pots; and more specialized form factors such as airless pumps and spray bottles.
All products are inkjet-coded and can be induction sealed or labeled. We also offer shrink wraps, shrink banding and other specialized types of decoration and binding.
CARTONING & PALLETIZING: The completed product is packed into shipping
cartons and stacked on pallets, which are wrapped to properly
secure the pallets. The pallets are then transferred to our warehouse to await shipment.
