FORMULATING: Many of our customers come to us for new formulas to stay ahead of the competition; others come to us to develop formulas for a new business. Whatever the need, we can help. We create all types of products, from basic to complex.
For example, we can create basic products, such as shampoos, but with up-to-date aspects, such as sulfate-free, paraben-free, natural and organic formulations. We also create cutting-edge formulas using the latest ingredients, whether in hair care, body care or cosmeceuticals.
COST: Some companies offer "free" formulations, but then they own the formulas and hold you hostage to their manufacturing. Our customers always own all rights in their formulations; we simply charge low up-front costs that cover our outlay, and then rebate even those costs back to you when you begin manufacturing. In certain cases for existing and ongoing customers, we provide formulation services as part of our relationship.

OWNERSHIP: We believe that our customers should entirely own their own formulas. As a result, you receive a certificate of ownership of any formula developed by us for you.
This attitude is rare among our competitors, who generally want to own their customers' formulas. While our policy means that customers can choose to not manufacture or to stop manufacturing with us at any time, we believe that only makes us better. We want our customers to use Mansfield-King because of the quality of our services, not because they are held hostage to our ownership of a formula.
GUARANTEED REBATE: Mansfield-King is so sure of customer satisfaction with our formulation that we offer what amounts to a no-money formulation option. When a customer begins manufacturing a formulation developed by us, we rebate the entire charge for formulation back to the customer over the first ten purchase orders.
