Our equipment includes jacketed stainless steel mixing and holding
vessels, as well as jacketed kettles, pumps, filters and other
specialized equipment.
Our equipment lineup is extensive; we also have the resources
to purchase and install specialized new equipment to meet
virtually any customer requirement.
Mansfield-King's liquid manufacturing includes
body lotion, creams and rinses, foaming bath products, shower
gels, hand soap, shampoos, and conditioners. Our solid manufacturing
includes granular products such as salts, as well as hot-fills such as ointments.
CONFIDENTIALITY: Mansfield-King knows that customers who entrust a third party to manufacture their formulas are concerned about maintaining confidentiality and trade secret protection. PACKAGING: Our filling and labeling operations are designed for simultaneous efficiency and quality. Furthermore, our fast and flexible operation ensures quick turnaround of small to medium lot sizes.
Mansfield-King uses a variety of automated and
semi-automated filling equipment. These include sanitary multi-head fillers, embedded into high-speed packaging lines, as well as lower-speed fillers suitable for shorter runs.
