When transitioning to outsourcing, we work closely with you to ensure that the knowledge gained while you did your own manufacturing is not lost. In fact, our standardized processes capture that information and make it available to you for any future use you choose.

Our equipment lineup is extensive; we also have the resources to purchase and install specialized new equipment for your requirements. We are also eager to discuss purchase of your existing equipment.

CONFIDENTIALITY: Mansfield-King knows that customers who entrust a third party to manufacture for them are concerned about maintaining confidentiality and trade secret protection. Not only does Mansfield-King sign strict confidentiality agreements, we have a rigid policy of not competing with our own customers. The very fact that you are discussing outsourcing with us remains highly confidential.

PACKAGING: Our filling and labeling operations are designed for simultaneous efficiency and quality. Furthermore, our fast and flexible operation ensures quick turnaround of small to medium lot sizes.

Mansfield-King uses a variety of automated and semi-automated filling equipment. These include sanitary multi-head fillers, embedded into high-speed packaging lines, as well as lower-speed fillers suitable for shorter runs.

FORMULATING: A key concern of those moving to an outsourced manufacturing model is how they can develop new formulas and products to stay competitive in the marketplace. Our laboratory can create those formulas for you, ranging from basic to complex. For customers for whom we are taking over their manufacturing, we typically waive the usual formulation fees.

In addition, for all our formulation work, the customer wholly owns the resulting formula, even if they choose to no longer manufacture with us. We believe that possibility spurs us to do our best.
